Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within three days of the delivery date.
Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Customer Support: Please reach out to our customer support team by clicking here to initiate the return or exchange process.
Provide Details: When contacting us, please provide your order number, at least one photo of the product and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. If you are exchanging a product, please specify the new item you want to exchange for. If the cost of the new item is more than the original product exchanged, you are responsible for covering the cost difference of the product.
Return Procedure:
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the product.
Shipping the Product: You are responsible for shipping costs and shipping the product back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Exchange Procedure:
Exchange Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and further instructions on how to return the product.
Shipping the Product: You are responsible for shipping costs and shipping the product back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Inspection and Exchange: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the exchange is approved, we will initiate a new order for the exchanged item requested.
Exclusions:
Personalized Items: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, bath bombs, shower steamers, epsom salts, sugar scrubs, soaps and bubble bars cannot be returned once opened, unless they are damaged or defective.
